Information provided for ESPD Part III and IV will be assessed on a Pass/Fail basis, where: Pass = meets requirements as stated in Contract Notice. Fail = does not meet requirements as stated in Contract Notice. The relevant accounts information should be uploaded to PCS-T in the general attachments area of the Commercial Envelope.
