Technical Ability. The proposed project encompasses two key elements; alterations to the heating & ventilation systems and the replacement of the ground floor entrance screen. Please explain how you will work collaboratively with the Design team, the Client and the Seating Contractor and accommodate the requirements of all parties. Confirm preferred sub-contractors (if used). Maximum 500 words or two sides of A4. 2. Resources. The proposed project is relatively modest in size but must be completed in a short time. The Eastgate Theatre is a business that requires to be open to generate income, explain your approach to programme management to ensure the Eastgate will re-open as planned and not suffer any expense from delays.
