As part of our University of Glasgow research group, we wish to generate a library of overlapping peptides covering the hepatitis C virus genotype 4d. The peptides will be used for T cell epitope mapping to see regions of hepatitis C genotype 4d that are being recognised by the immune system. To this end, we require peptides that are at least 70% pure in order to limit non-specific activation and to limit the toxicity of T cells.
