                "description": "The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to allow Bield to select a suitable Service Provider for the provision of External Audit Services. The contract will be awarded for a period of 7 years however performance will be reviewed annually. Subject to satisfactory performance, Bield's members will formally re-appoint the successful supplier each year at Bield's AGM which normally takes place in September. The contract will commence on 1 October 2019. The first audit to take place will be in relation to the financial statements ending 31 March 2020.
