Recover and store all cast iron cats eyes. -Removal of existing precast concrete kerbs. -Repair roads drainage through Deck. -Refurbish road drainage below deck to discharge points. -Carry out patch repairs to mastic asphalt waterproofing and reinstatement of sand asphalt waterproofing carpet -Replace footway kerbs with either half batter kerbs as existing or Trie kerbing dependant on post contract decision. -Resurface bridge deck with hot rolled asphalt binder and surface course material. -Lightweight concrete backing to kerbs and surface footway with hot rolled surface course and binder. -Road Markings and reinstatement of cast iron cats eyes. -Replacement of all bridge bearings. -Installation of new parapet segments on to existing Subsequently, one of the bearings at the South West abutment has failed. There are temporary props in place to prevent further failures.
