The overall solution should enable the Council to meet its obligations in respect of an enhanced user experience through easily accessible data and efficient (fully automated) processes. Please note that taking part in this soft market testing exercise does not guarantee any company any business with the Council. Should the Council decide to proceed with the procurement of any type of system it will be subject to a separate tendering process in line with the Councils Standing Orders.. Additional information is placed in the attachments, a question set for suppliers to complete has also been attached",
