This contract is for the construction of the upgrade throughout the 9.7km. Project timetable Site start should be as soon as practicable after the contract award, this is identified for contract purposes as 3 June 2019, but can be later subject to a suitable programme showing delivery of scheme prior to 1 November 2019. Duration of the works is constrained by them having to be complete by 1 November 2019 to allow for payment prior to the closure of the fund. The programme needs to show how the contractor intends to complete the work by identifying when they will work on each section of the scheme to complete by the above date. (SC Ref:587446)",
