They require a comprehensive set of real-time and traditional labour market information, giving them instant access to key local information on jobs and skills across industries and occupations all in one place. This information will be used to help the College identify areas of growth and decline in the local areas, confidently market their curriculum and build relationships with employers by identifying skills gaps. Ideally, in addition, the College are seeking the same organisation to provide a Careers Coach web-based solution that provides localised labour market intelligence to promote their curriculum offer and inform careers information, advice and guidance activities. The College are in the early stages of investigating their needs and requirements but wish organisations that can provide what they are looking for to note interest and provide information of their products.
