                "description": "The following information is intended to give Candidates an overview of the high level requirements. . Requirements:The Housing Service within the council provide a stairwell cleaning service across its portfolio of housing stock to provide a clean, tidy and pleasant environment for its tenants to live in. The stairwell cleaning service involves the weekly cyclic cleaning of the communal areas of approximately 748 public sector flatted or maisonette properties, up to 5 floors in height. In addition to the weekly cleaning cycle, common area windows would be washed once per month, and walls and any associated bin store floor surface washed down every three months. In many areas a more extensive deep clean treatment will be required whereby all front and rear entrance doors and screens including framework washed and cleaned both sides. Floor surfaces, up risers and stair surfaces to be machine scrubbed (contractor to supply own power source); all banisters to be scrubbed clean, all walls, under side of stairs (ceilings) to be washed clean including lights, pipes and ledges. All graffiti removed from all surfaces and front and rear entrance porch/ canopy areas to be washed where applicable). . The Contract must be carried out in accordance with the information provided within this Contract Notice and the following documents contained within the PCS-T tendering system; Invitation to Tender (ITT) Document and the Council's General Conditions of Contract. . Tenders must be submitted for the full requirements; only tenders submitted on this basis will be considered. . Tenderers must respond to a range of Selection Questions within the PCS-T Qualification Envelope. . Tenderers must download and complete a range of Award based questions and statements located within the PCS-T Technical Envelope. .
