The intention from this PIN is to invite suppliers who can provide such software solutions to demonstrate their product(s) prior to the Council formalising its contract requirements. Examples of door entry systems that the Council are potentially interested in including: Card entry systems, finger print recognition, systems to link to the recording of working hours to replace current timesheets (compatibility to current software in place e.g. Itrent and the costs associated with this), etc. however, this list is not exclusive to any other options that may arise from market engagement/research. We are interested in setting up supplier demonstration sessions to gain an understanding of what the Council's requirements are and the costs associated with the types of systems available to the market. The dates are: Monday 9th September 2019 9am-5pm Monday 16th September 2019 9am-5pm Please complete the attached supplier demonstration booking form to give your availability for the supplier demonstrations.",
