GCC requires the engagement to be undertaken through a wide ranging \"Conversation on George Square\", which will offer a variety of ways for the general public, local stakeholders and special interest groups to be involved. The outcome of the engagement process will be reported to committee on completion of this commission and will inform the development of the subsequent design process to deliver the final scheme. The consultant will also deliver the consultation plan and produce a consultation report that analyses, monitors and reports the data collected through the various engagement channels defined by the plan.",
