Scotland Excel currently operates the Flexible Framework Agreement for Children's Residential Care and Education Services including short breaks on behalf of Scottish local authorities. The Flexible Framework Agreement provides for the admission of new entrants for the third and fourth year of its operation. The admissions process for new entrants will replicate the original award process establishing the Flexible Framework Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Flexible Framework Agreement and in compliance with Regulation 19 (Principles of procurement) of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. More detail about Scotland Excel, its member Councils can be found here: http://www.scotland-excel.org.uk Scotland Excel would now like to invite interested parties to discuss the upcoming opportunity to join this Flexible Framework Agreement. The consultation is only open to those parties who are not current participants in the Flexible Framework Agreement. More details on the Flexible Framework Agreement can be found here: https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk/Authority/Notice_PubView.aspx?ID=JUL325077 Participation in this consultation is not mandatory and parties who do not participate will not be disadvantaged should they subsequently choose to seek admission to the Flexible Framework Agreement. Accordingly, we would like to invite providers who are not currently participating in the Flexible Framework Agreement to contact Scotland Excel to arrange an individual meeting to take place at Scotland Excel Offices in Paisley (Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, PA1 1AR). Meetings will be taking place from Tuesday September to Wednesday 17 September, meeting slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
