Requirements: The Council seek an external supplier (single supplier framework) to replace its current Polling Booths and Ballot Boxes used for administering electoral events with those that are more user friendly, meet modern day requirements of the public, to allow those voters, in particular wheelchair users access to vote, together with economy of storage and transportation, and when empty or filled, the ballot boxes can be stacked. . The Framework must be carried out in accordance with the information provided within this Contract Notice and the following documents contained within the PCS-T tendering system; Invitation to Tender (ITT) Document and the Council's Framework Conditions. . Tenders must be submitted for the full requirements; only tenders submitted on this basis will be considered. .
