Potential suppliers and partners are invited to submit an initial expression of interest outlining the nature of their interest and/or proposal in no more than 2 pages of A4. Additional background information demonstrating their capabilities may optionally be supplied separately. Expressions of interest will be reviewed and a short list of interested parties may be invited to meet with Clackmannanshire Council to explore their interest in more detail prior to the start of any formal procurement process.
