Since install these instruments have only been serviced by BD and due to this continuity, we are in a position to receive complimentary workstation upgrades within this period. This is necessary to ensure that we fall within University required computing guidelines for networked computers and also allows us to continue with our current booking system subscription as this requires a network connection to upload tracking information and ensures that the facility stays financially viable through user recharging.
