                "description": "North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) require a suitably experienced provider of a Health and Social Care Management Information System in support of Scottish legislative procedural and reporting requirements. A contract is currently in place and is due to expire on 31st March 2022, therefore market testing is being undertaken in preparation for tender. The resultant contract will be for a period of 3 years with an optional extension of up to 24 months dependant on satisfactory performance of the provider and budget approval by the Council. The Provider will advise on all aspects relating to data migration, data security and project management in relation to the provision of a modern a Health and Social Care Management Information System. The Provider must confirm that the knowledge, expertise and support specific to Scottish legislative processes and applicable reporting requirements. (see legislation, Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968, http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1968/49/contents) The Provider will ensure that all information is maintained in a confidential manner compliant with the relevant statutes.
