The Vanguard Method provides the means to study core partners' service delivery as systems. The knowledge this generates will lead to informed choices for redesigning service delivery of multiple agencies as one, joint delivery system.The supplier must be licensed from Vanguard Consulting to train others, use and apply The Vanguard Method.
