This information will then be reviewed by our Clinical Advisory Panel INSTRUCTIONS: *Please review the current Lot Structure of the Framework Agreement which is attached to this Notice *ONLY MARKET PROVIDERS WITH RELATED PRODUCTS NOT CONTAINED WITHIN THE CURRENT LOT STRUCTURE should undertake the following two (2) actions: 1.
