    "description": "Potential bidders are required to register an interest in this Prior Information Notice by 1700hrs on 14th February. Bidders are advised that any notes of interest received after this date will not be considered and no information will be shared with those who note interest following this date. Bidders are further advised that whilst the PIN cannot be closed on the system on a specified date, the University will not monitor notes of interest after this point and therefore any bidder confirming interest at this stage will not be included to receive a questionnaire. The Contracting Authority will subsequently issue a questionnaire to all those who have noted an interest, which is to be returned by 1700hrs on 9th March 2020.
