One of the approved projects as set out in the aforementioned cabinet paper was: \"To explore the feasibility of refreshing/transforming the rear of the buildings in Sturrock Street to enhance the environment and overall appearance of the townscape\". The successful consultant will be required to work with the Councils Town Centre Regeneration officers and engage with the Councils in-house Facilities & Property Maintenance, Planning and Economic Development and other stakeholders to develop a strategy, generate a feasible timeline for design and implementation and deliver on its identified outcomes.",
