The Council has no preference as to the technologies to be proposed, the likely annual budget available for the supply of this service is currently in the region of 1M GBP per annum revenue cost. In order to support our RFP, we are requesting suppliers to indicate their capability with regards to the provision of such services based on a five-year initial contract.",
