    "description": "Falkirk Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations to enable us to enter into discussions and gather feedback from the market about our plans from the upcoming procurement as part of our market engagement activities. As part of this call for market participation we are looking to engage with contractors to help inform us in our development of the future contract. Due to the current Covid 19 lockdown restrictions we aim to carry out further engagement with interested parties via phone, email and other virtual conference facilities available. Depending on the progression of the Covid 19 restrictions we may in due course also seek to hold face to face meetings as well.
