The results of this exercise will be used to inform SPA's decision making process in respect of introducing improved and more effective means of producing DNA profiles. SPA may consider dividing the contract into 3 Lots as follows: Lot 1: Supply of DNA extraction kits Lot 2: Supply of DNA quantification kits Lot 3: Supply PCR amplification kits As part of the RFI process, potential suppliers are asked to provide their views on what benefits/risks may result from splitting the tender into 3 separate lots.",
