                "description": "Zero Waste Scotland is conducting an early market engagement exercise to understand the current capacity and potential for the provision of services to model the prices associated with the environmental impacts of pollutants and emissions in Scotland, in accordance with International Life Cycle Data (ILCD) methodologies and indicators, or equivalent. Suppliers capable of operating within this area are invited to register their interest via this Notice. This will allow a short questionnaire attached to this Notice to be downloaded for completion.
