    "description": "LHA is seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations to enable LHA to enter into discussion and gather feedback from the market about our plans for the upcoming Procurement as part of our early market engagement activities. A requirement of this exercise will be for bidders to demonstrate innovative means of delivering fully certified Passivhaus or Low-energy standard housing via, but not limited to, off-site / on-site modular methods of construction. Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their preferred route for delivery and provide information on proposed sub-contractors and how each element of the construction please will be controlled to provide a high-quality product upon completion. This should include detail on how the airtight integrity of partially built units will be maintained throughout 1st fix, 2nd fix through to finishing and handover to the client. There will be a requirement for bidders to demonstrate their commitment to the Passivhaus standard of construction by evidencing membership of a recognised Passivhaus organisation, e.g. The Passivhaus Trust. Further projects may become optional in the future. Please note that recording interest in this notice does not automatically enter you into the tender process for this notice.
