Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6: - Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffolding, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval has been received.",
