    "description": "Moray Council are seeking expressions of interest from Suppliers for the following 4 projects: 18/0388 Provision of Business Start-Up Training Workshops and Webinars -It is expected that the contract will start in September 2020 (subject to review) and be complete by September 2022 18/0389 Provision of the Digital Boost Programme for Existing Businesses with Growth Potential - It is expected that the contract will start in September 2020 (subject to review) and be complete by September 2022. 18/0390 Provision of Specialist 1-2-1 Advice for Existing Businesses with Growth Potential - It is expected that the contract will start in September 2020 (subject to review) and be complete by September 2022. 18/0391 Provision of Business Skills Workshops and Webinars to Existing Businesses with Growth Potential - It is expected that the contract will start in September 2020 (subject to review) and be complete by September 2022. It is recognised that suppliers may not be in a position to deliver all aspects of the above projects and therefore expressions of interest in the separate projects are also welcome. An outline specification for each of the 4 projects has been uploaded to this notice. Suppliers who wish to express interest in any of the above projects are to download and complete the Questionnaire attached to this notice Moray Council Business Gateway Supplier Questionnaire. The questionnaire is to be returned to procurement@moray.gov.uk by the deadline of 12:00 noon on Friday 28th August 2020. It is envisaged that a maximum of ten suppliers who meet the relevant criteria will then be invited to quote via the Quick Quote facility on Public Contracts Scotland.
