    "description": "This notice relates to a consultation exercise only. Scotland Excel envisages publishing a future tender opportunity on behalf of members. For more information about Scotland Excel and it's members please see www.scotland-excel.org.uk. Scotland Excel has developed and currently manages a framework for Fostering and Continuing Care on behalf of Scottish Local Authorities. The current arrangement is due to expire on 30 June 2021 and Scotland Excel will re-tender this framework, with an anticipated start date of 1 July 2021. Scotland Excel would now like to invite interested parties to participate in a consultation to assist the development of the third-generation framework. We would like to invite suppliers to contact Scotland Excel to arrange an individual online meeting or conference call (due to the current working restrictions related to the COVID-19 outbreak). Meeting slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis until 15 October 2020. Please contact the Social Care team on socialcare@scotland-excel.org.uk to arrange an online meeting (please state your preferred software eg. Skype, Microcsoft Teams) or conference call.
