Several collaborating research groups and ongoing projects within the drug discovery group at IGMM utilize microscopic imaging and image analysis of cell phenotypes and optical reporter probes including the use of the current IncuCyte Zoom platform from Essen Bioscience which represents an older model of the latest IncuCyte-S3 technology. A growing area of need within the drug discovery community is the application of a high-throughput cell-based kinetic imaging capability to support routine genomic (siRNA/shRNA & Crisper/CAS) and chemical library screening activities across multiple samples in a robust and timely manner.",
