"description": "Background: Moray Council requires residential/nursing care 24/7 in a locked door provision for a 42 year old male. This PIN is being used to seek interest in accommodating the individual/establish any providers who are able to meet the specific requirements as below. This is a permanent placement, required as soon as possible. Moray Council invites expressions of interest from providers by 23rd Oct 2020. My Best Day: My best day would be for me to have an established routine for me to follow, a visit from my parents. I would have rest breaks built into my daily routine I would be supported to go out for a walk and perhaps spend some time tinkering with a bike. My support staff would ensure that I didn't have access to food stuffs that cause me to choke. I would be supported to bake and make my own hot drink but again be supervised by supporting staff. I would enjoy a film in my room and enjoy my own company.",
