The services to be provided by the contractor include the complete maintenance of the lifts including inspections, lubrications, adjustments, repairs and replacement of parts to keep the lifts in satisfactory working order. Upon notice from Govan HA of a breakdown or failure the contractor shall attend as follows: Entrapment / Urgent call outs will be attended within 30 minutes and non emergencies will be attended within 2 hours to restore lift service to a satisfactory condition. Calls attended to out with normal working hours will be not be subject to additional charges. Annual examinations and periodic system tests will also be required. The Association works in partnership with its insurers, Zurich Municipal and utilises the 'Crimson' report function provided by Zurich Risk Services. The contract will require contractor to carry out any repairs as identified in 'Crimson' reports. The location of the 10No. lifts are all in the Govan area of Glasgow..
