It is the responsibility of the Contractor to design appropriate substructures to suit each house type, to adjust for orientation where required and to design the site layout. Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site to ascertain local site conditions, influences and management/delivery issues. No claims for lack of such knowledge will be considered. Submissions will not be assessed or scored if they do not comply with the contract requirement for the standard HHP house types noted previously.",
