This information will include both implant details and patient reported outcome measures. The Board have a strong desire to work in conjunction with Stryker UK Ltd and Universal Research Solutions LLC to allow access to both national and international leading orthopaedic centres. Universal Research Solutions LLC currently provide this service to other world leading orthopaedic centres and institutions. The Board is of the view that this is the sole option open to them to enable the sharing and benchmarking of its data within a common framework. Therefore, in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, it is the Board's opinion that the required service provision can only be provided by Stryker UK Ltd and Universal Research Solutions LLD, this being the only method available to access the data from other national and international leading orthopaedic centres within this common framework.
