    "description": "This KIOSK Service shall be a standalone Service that shall test the suitability and functionality of the technology. At the end of the 6 month PoC the Purchaser shall determine whether further investment in this technology offers measurable benefits to users, its own staff and a return on investment. If the PoC generates positive outcomes, then the Purchaser intends to further invest in the development of this technology across its estate. This service will be procured under a separate contract as the overall requirements shall be more extensive than that of the PoC. The Purchaser expects to start this procurement shortly after the award of this Contract to work with interested parties collaboratively in order for them to fully understand the existing system(s) the Purchaser operates and to share information/lessons learned from the PoC.
