You are required to take due cognisance of the NPF4, the Edinburgh and South-East Scotland City Region Deal and the emerging planning legislation and local development plan preparation. The development framework should clearly set out the short, medium- and long-term investment priorities and recommendations for submissions to the forthcoming Midlothian Local Development Plan.",
