Applicants have 2 working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. If the tenderer remains aggrieved after seeking such debriefing information, the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006 No.1) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rule to take action in the local Sheriff Court or Court of Session in Scotland. Any such action must be brought promptly (generally within 3 months at the latest).
