We seek the following service to enable responses/opinions from Bord na Gaidhlig to public consultations: 2.1 Updates on new consultations and public questionnaires relevant to Gaelic language and culture. 2.2 Advise the Bord on what consultations might take priority for response. 2.3 Provide a comprehensive response, through research and engagement with relevant staff, other individuals and external stakeholders (if/when required). 2.4 Considering past years, it is expected that the Bord may respond to up to fifteen consultations and occasional less formal questionnaires over a twelve month period. 3. KEY TASKS 3. 1 Ongoing research into what consultations and questionnaires are relevant to the work and aims of Bord na Gaidhlig and which may require responses, including reference to submissions already made. 3.2 Liaise as appropriate with Bord na Gaidhlig Ceannard and Partnerships Manager in order to discuss consultations and priorities and to agree deliverables. 3.3 Ensure that enough time is given to research and consult staff and relevant bodies on any consultation/questionnaire deadline. 3.4 Collate data and relevant information that can be used in responses.
