The instrument will have a high energy X-ray source (e.g. a hard radiation source such as Ag or Mo) with a fast X-ray detector and a goniometer capable of housing many different reaction cells to include a high temperature furnace (300-2500K), cryostat (300-10K), humidity cell (260-420K), electrochemical testing cell and slurry flow cell.
