                "description": "The Payments project require a Bacs Solution to enable the payment platform to make Bacs payments. The solution the Payments project requires could be delivered as a product that is purchased or as a service that is subscribed to from a Bacs approved Solution Supplier. The following are essential requirements: -Bacs approved software from the Bacs maintained register. -Routing of outbound Bacs payments from the Payments platform - these will be benefit and pension payments in the Beta phase. -Routing of associated inbound Bacs rejections and returns. -Notification and automated collection/delivery of Bacs reports. -Support Bacs grade 3 user set up. -API connectivity. -Unattended submission and report collection. -Compatible with a Cloud solution. The following are desirable requirements: -Testing - availability of a sandbox test environment and the ability to simulate Bacs rejections and returns. -Fraud detection capabilities (e.g. black lists) of the products. -Faster Payments capabilities as a contingency means for making payments. -Offering that support in-house bureau set up.
