The software solution will be an existing, proven \"off the shelf\" system. The solution will have the capacity to enable full and detailed management of a fleet of approximately 250 vehicles including flexible data analysis and the ability to easily integrate data from other sources i.e. fuelling records, vehicle mileages, maintenance records, upload any compliance documents and record fuel/electric card usage and costs.
