Tenderers should note that associated builder/making good work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6: - Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffolding, access platforms or mechanical lifting/hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price.
