Principal Duties In performing this service the Council expect that the Contractor will: - Provide removal, transfer and storage of belongings as determined and notified by each Council's Housing Support Service, in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and all associated standards; - Fulfil requests as instructed within 48 hours of request; - Provide short- and long-term storage solutions, often for an unspecified amount of time, and must demonstrate that they have adequate storage to meet the needs of this contract.
