Scope 2: Talent Management Framework Gap Analysis - Undertake a gap analysis comparing current practice to the TMF, providing a draft report to the HR Manager, AP O&ER and AP SE&Q for feedback. - Develop a project plan including timeline, in consultation with the HR Manager, AP O&ER, Professional Development Manager and AP SE&Q. - Expected timescale 2 months.
