Filled bags are to be grouped together in clusters of 5 or 6 ready for airlifting to site. Low ground pressure machinery that can be safely used on uneven and sloping terrain will be required, fitted with a cutting attachment that can fill the bags with the arisings. The site is highly designated so the operator must ensure ground damage is kept to a minimum, trees and saplings must be avoided and the Contractor must ensure that the environment is protected from fuel and oil spills at all times.",
