RoS anticipates a spend in the region of 4.5 million GBP excluding VAT on property maintenance covering Reactive, Life Cycle and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) works during the term off this contract. A large proportion of this is dedicated to an on-going programme of major repair and improvement projects, with an element of minor new works..
