The proposed consultant Ironside Farrar Limited are appointed to Lot 8 of this framework. As part of the SXL Engineering and Technical Consultancy Framework, a purchaser can directly select a supplier for a particular Work Order considering the factors set out in the selection procedure of the framework. South Lanarkshire Councils Procurement Service identified Ironside Farrar Limited as the most appropriate consultant for the work order in accordance with the above-mentioned direct award selection procedure. Ironside Farrar Limited were identified as the most appropriate consultant for Direct Award for this call off contract as these services will be a continuation of previous services the consultant provided for South Lanarkshire Council. Under the conditions of the framework agreement, Ironside Farrar Limited were identified as the most appropriate consultant to carry out these services due to their involvement in the initial phase of this project. Ironside Farrar Limited carried out the first phase of this EK Civic Centre Masterplanning project in April 2020. The contract reference number for the first phase was SLC/PS/COMENT/19/129.. Direct Award under the SXL Engineering and Technical Consultancy Framework Agreement.",
