Hot and cold food will also need to be served from the unit where the caterer will have the opportunity to make best use of local produce from Argyll and show case a menu of local provenance. We are not looking for a drivable converted vehicles such as ice cream vans or converted old European vehicles. The unit solutions can be either old or new.
