Free car and coach parking is provided for garden visitors and there are facilities for disabled visitors; assistance dogs are welcome. It is a requirement of the contract that the concession operator should be willing to work with BBG to ensure that all garden visitors, receive a satisfactory service. It is essential that the concession operator is prepared to cater appropriately for family groups, with the expectation that there will be suitable food and drink and portions for children. Menu proposals will form part of the tender and should demonstrate use of Scottish produce grown locally where available. The use of fair trade products and other environmentally-friendly products is expected.",
