This Prior Information Notice is to invite potential providers to answer some questions to help build the Council's understanding of what solutions may be available. The information will be used to help the Council to prepare for a procurement exercise, by helping to identify technical / commercial / legal matters which are of importance to those who may bid for the contract. The attached document gives further detail and information on the background, and requirements and a provider questionnaire to better inform how to progress the procurement route to market.
