Objectives: 1. To undertake bi-annual traffic and pedestrian volume counts throughout Scotland in order to identify and measure long term trends in cycling modal share, particularly: a. To conduct multi-modal traffic surveys throughout Scotland that, at a minimum, meets the requirements set out in the aim and objectives above and taking consideration of any further agreements as discussed during the Inception Meeting 2.
